This is the pragmatic, information-dense end of the spectrum. It assumes you’ve seen a channel strip before and rewards that with speed: a source channel, a vertical insert chain, and a master meter bridge — the layout every DAW and mixing console has converged on, because it works.
The Tone.js and SoundTouch processors are presented as a track’s insert slots — a vertical list you re-order by dragging. The signal flows top to bottom, exactly like a real insert chain, so interleaving pitch and EQ is just a matter of slot order.
A proper peak/VU bridge with hold gives the page a heartbeat and makes the abstract “render” feel like real audio. Pros read level at a glance; the meters reward that habit.
Everything is on one screen — no wizard, no hunting. Compact faders, monospace readouts and tight rows fit a deep chain without scrolling. The cost is approachability; this is not the variant you hand a first-timer.
Audio engineers, producers and game-audio pros who want throughput. It’s the natural opposite of Guided and Pedalboard, and a close cousin of Inspector.
